Hi, I’m Julia

This Substack is about my journey from a life, rooted in the western society, to a new life, with deeper meaning. A new life, built on the ruins of the old one. On the same grounds, here in the west.

Because the west needs us. It’s time, to slow down and come to our senses. It’s time, to overthink the old beliefs of growth and over-exploitation and build something new, more human. Founded on the experience, that nature is at her limits and forces us to change. We are part of something bigger. We have a responsibility not only to us, but to the environment around us.

I propose we take the wisdom, that is now easily available to us, and build something even greater out of it. We have Christianity and the other religions, we have Yoga and other spiritual movements. We have shamanism and banished arts, like the old knowledge of the witches.

I propose, to establish a new path, based on the individual healing-journey of all of us. In order to heal the world, we will have to heal ourselves. Because, when we are better, we can better care for others.

I want to inspire you, to find the necessary tools to heal. I mean, to really heal. Not just the body, but your whole being. To be one again.

What can I expect from this Substack?

My experiences from my journey. I do not know you and I have nothing to give to you, but my stories and experiences. It is your job, to walk your own way through the fire. The way is below your feet, just put the other foot down in front and feel the pain. Because in the things, that bring us pain, lie the answers, too.

If you want, I’ll walk with you for a while. One post per week at a time.

Who are you?

I’ll share all of my life with you, except who I am. Because this is not about me. This is about you, finding your own way to healing. Making this about me, would obstruct the path, for both of us.
